Can I bring in my own catering?

At The Pavilion, Stormont we have an extensive selection of menus for all your catering needs and therefore do not grant permission for customers to bring in their own food.  Please see catering drop down tab for menu options, which can be tailoured to your needs.

How do I get to The Pavilion, Stormont?

Do I need identification to access Stormont Estate which leads to The Pavilion Stormont?

When accessing Stormont Estate through the security check points you need to produce photographic identification.  When the Pavilion gates open at 6pm in the evenings and weekends) you do not need I.D.

Is car parking available?

Yes, FREE car parking is provided.

Is there access to blue badge holder parking?

Yes, there is blue badge holder parking spaces located at the top of the hill, a short distance from the front door at The Pavilion, Stormont.

Is there access to WIFI?

Yes FREE WIFI is available.  Please request the password from reception.

How do I pay for my catering?

Conference catering should be paid within 14 days the event- no deposit required.  Card, cheque or BACS is accepted and cheques should be made payable to Eat NI.   Social catering requires 25% non refundable deposit on booking.   Final payment should be made either by cash or card 1 week prior to the booking.  Please click here for further information on booking terms & conditions including our cancellation policy.

How do I make a booking?

Simply contact a member of staff on 028 9052 0404 or click here to complete an enquiry form and a member of our team will contact you at their earliest convenience.

Can I bring my own alcohol ?

No alcohol can be brought onto the premises unless for the use of ballot prizes or presents. Anyone found consuming alcohol that has not been purchased on the premises will have it confiscated and will be asked to leave the premises.
